CV777 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Pakistani Player

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and CV777 ("CV777", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cv777.plus. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content and products offered through the CV777 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and all related services.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on CV777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept them unconditionally. These Terms apply to all Pakistani players using CV777 and to all users accessing the platform from any location.

CV777 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or phone number on their account. Continued use of CV777 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use CV777 in any capacity. CV777 takes age verification seriously. We may request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal or during a routine account review. Providing false information about your age constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one active CV777 account at any time. You may not register multiple accounts for yourself, nor may you allow another person to use an account registered in your name. If CV777 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts belonging to that player will be immediately suspended. Any winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts will be forfeited and any deposits held may be subject to return minus a processing fee.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering your CV777 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date. CV777 will not be responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player, including delayed or failed withdrawals sent to incorrect details.

2.4 Account Verification

CV777 may require you to verify your identity, address or payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. This is a standard process required to maintain the integrity of the platform and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. You agree to provide the requested documentation promptly. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.

3Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CV777 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. CV777 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you receive a request for your password purporting to be from CV777, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@cv777.plus immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your CV777 account while you are logged in, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact CV777 support immediately. CV777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

CV777 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers to all major Pakistani banks, and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CV777 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on CV777 is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account level. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash — minimum Rs 500, processed within 5 to 15 minutes; bank IBFT — minimum Rs 1,000, processed within 30 to 60 minutes; card withdrawals — minimum Rs 1,000, processed within 1 to 3 business days.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals on CV777 are subject to the following conditions: your account must be verified before any withdrawal can be processed; you must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before those funds can be withdrawn; withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible; and CV777 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of standard security procedures.

4.4 Deposits Are Not Interest-Bearing

Funds held in your CV777 wallet are not deposits in a banking sense and do not accrue interest. CV777 holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds, but player funds are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Free Spins

5.1 General Bonus Terms

CV777 offers various bonuses, promotional credits and free spins to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a bonus is the total amount you must wager before the bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and expiry periods for each promotion are stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

CV777 monitors bonus activity to detect abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; making low-risk or hedge bets that satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; and claiming bonuses using payment methods that are not accepted for withdrawal. CV777 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is detected.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on CV777 carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met within the specified period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account. The expiry period is clearly stated for each promotion. Extensions to bonus expiry periods are not granted.

5.4 CV777's Right to Withdraw Promotions

CV777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it and meets all other conditions, the bonus will remain valid in accordance with the terms stated at the time of claiming.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on CV777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product being used — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games or any other product available on the platform. These product-specific rules are available within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the CV777 system are binding. You cannot cancel or amend a bet once it has been confirmed. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned and is not completed within a stated timeframe, CV777's specific settlement rules for that sport will apply — these are detailed within the sports betting section.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or human error that results in a bet being offered at incorrect odds or a game being played with incorrect parameters, CV777 reserves the right to void any bets placed under those erroneous conditions. Winnings paid as a result of an obvious error will be reclaimed from affected accounts.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CV777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, spin slots or interact with the platform in a way that is not purely manual human play.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over CV777.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors or vulnerabilities in the CV777 platform or any game hosted on it. Discovering such a vulnerability imposes an obligation to report it to CV777 support — not to exploit it.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the CV777 platform, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the CV777 platform.

CV777 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity — including money laundering and fraud — to the relevant Pakistani authorities without prior notification to the player concerned.

8Account Suspension & Closure

CV777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, bonus abuse or money laundering; failure to complete required identity verification; a player's own request for self-exclusion; or detection of activity that indicates the player may be a minor.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, CV777 will freeze the account balance at the point of suspension. If the investigation concludes that the player has not breached these Terms, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, CV777 may withhold all or part of the balance in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting CV777 support at support@cv777.plus. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard identity verification.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the CV777 platform — including but not limited to the CV777 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, sound files and data — is the intellectual property of CV777 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the CV777 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or transmit any CV777 content without prior written permission from CV777. Unauthorised use of CV777's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CV777 shall not be liable for: any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data or goodwill; any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the CV777 platform; any loss caused by a third party's actions; or any interruption to service caused by technical failures, internet outages or events outside CV777's reasonable control.

CV777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these Terms limits CV777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Privacy & Data Protection

CV777 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at cv777.plus/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on CV777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CV777 uses your data only for purposes directly related to operating your account and providing the CV777 service — including identity verification, payment processing, customer support and fraud prevention. CV777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law.
